Shipping Policy

J Crawford Design Studio targets to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt. We do not ship goods on weekends and we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We also do not currently ship outside of the United States. Products are shipped by either FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground and will take approximately 7-10 business days. We do not recommend delivery to a hotel or other temporary residence due to possible delivery delays, losses, or complications. We can only guarantee delivery to permanent residential or business addresses at this time.

Samples (Approximately 8″ x 10″ in size) are shipped via USPS and can take 2-3 business days to process and 5-7 business days to be received.

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times.

Please note shipping charges on the following products:

• Samples ship for $3.50, up to 10 samples in an order (No freight charge).
• Wallpaper rolls (In double roll increments), Borders, Decals and Murals ship for free (No freight charge).
